I'm Joel Oosthuizen. I write about teams, delivery and organisational change.

My professional background includes agile delivery leadership and enterprise agility coaching, and roles such as Scrum Master, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer and project manager. I am based in the Western Cape, South Africa.

I founded Agilocity in 2010. It offered Lean-Agile training, coaching and consulting. Training bookings are closed, and this website now focuses on my writing.
